Three Steps
There are three steps to our approach.
Step 1: Interviews with your teams
We conduct a first interview to get oriented on your business, what your objectives are, and to collect initial intelligence on organizational questions.
Step 2: Research and analysis
We go and study your business, competition and market, and draft an initial framework for our report. To close this step, we conduct a second set of interviews to clarify any questions that might have come up in our research.
Step 3: Report back with training
We deliver our report and conduct a 90-minute delivery meeting with anyone you might want to invite from your teams.
